About Us

Newmoondoll Cattery is a registered home-based cattery at FIFe, TICA, and CFA, specializing in breeding ragdoll kittens - the healthiest, prettiest, and sweetest angels. All our breeding cats have been tested negative for FeLV/FIV/HCM/PKD. With high-quality genes and scientific breeding concepts, we hope to bring happiness to every family that truly loves cats.

Our cattery is located on top of a mountain north of Los Angeles, with fresh air, warm sun, and birds chirping for our cats and kittens to enjoy. They are never caged and have sufficient space and lots of toys. We have separate rooms for males and females and a little garden for our cats and kittens’ outdoor activities - mostly running around and taking naps under the sun. We aim at building a clean, healthy, and loving environment for our little friends, and live with them to breed healthy, beautiful, well-socialized cats and kittens.

My story with Ragdoll traces back to 2010 when I adopted my first cat Lucky. I can still remember how surprised I was by his tender and placid personality. He’s the most clingy one – he would wait for me at the door and greet me the moment I came back. He has also been a best friend for my family, allowing them to dress him up, hold him in their arms, comb his fur; and even when they accidentally grabbed him too hard, he tolerated them without fighting back. Whenever I feel tired or upset, Lucky would offer his warmest accompaniment and comfort my mind. Years have passed and Lucky grew into a handsome cat and developed a tacit understanding with my family.

As I learned that Lucky is a Ragdoll, I became interested in this breed. Starting from scratch, I learned that Ragdoll is a breed with a sweet appearance and lovely, affectionate character, making it an ideal pet and even family member. I studied Genetics, Grooming, Health, and Nutrition systematically in FIFe, and became a Ragdoll breeder, started Newmoondoll Cattery and even attended cat shows across the world. Now Lucky has been a most friendly and loyal companion for my family for more than 11 years, growing up with me. By breeding ragdolls, I want to share my passion and my bliss with more families and ragdoll lovers.
